European Union

• Express Shipping: 2-4 business days
• Free standard shipping on orders over €50

United Kingdom

• Standard Shipping: 7-12 business days
• Express Shipping: 3-5 business days

International (Rest of World)

• Standard Shipping: 10-21 business days
• Express Shipping: 5-10 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Destination country
• Order weight and dimensions
• Selected shipping method

Free Shipping Threshold:

• EU orders: Free standard shipping on orders €50+
• All other regions: Free shipping on orders €100+

Wholesale & Bulk Orders

Large Volume Orders (500+ units):

• Custom shipping quotes provided
• Freight shipping options available
• Expedited processing for time-sensitive eclipse events

Custom Branded Orders:

• Additional 3-5 business days for production
• Express production available for urgent orders (additional fees apply)

Order Processing Time

• Standard Orders: 1-2 business days
• Custom Branded Orders: 3-5 business days
• Wholesale Orders: 2-7 business days (depending on quantity)

Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EET) will be processed the next business day.

Tracking & Delivery

• Tracking information provided via email once shipped
• Signature required for orders over €200

Special Considerations for Eclipse Events

During major solar eclipse events, we prioritize orders based on:

1. Eclipse date proximity
2. Express shipping selections
3. Order date

We recommend ordering at least 4-6 weeks before your eclipse viewing date to ensure timely delivery.

Customs & Import Duties

EU Customers: No additional duties or taxes (VAT included)

Non-EU Customers:

• May be subject to local customs duties and taxes
• Customer is responsible for any additional fees
• We mark packages with accurate values as required by law

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship worldwide with the following exceptions:

• Countries under international sanctions
• Remote areas where courier services are unavailable

Lost or Damaged Packages

• Report issues within 48 hours of delivery
• Full refund or replacement for damaged items
• We work directly with shipping carriers to resolve lost packages
• Insurance included on all orders over €100
